The floodfill function

The floodfillfunction requires:

• A pointer to the bitmap
• The x and y coordinates of a point
• A color.

The behavior is similar to the behavior of similar features in paint programs.

It fills the entire area around the point inside a closed contour with the specified color. 

However, the documentation isn't very specific regarding exactly how that area is determined.
