Entering an invalid number

Figure 2 shows the result of entering a value that is outside of the requested range.

The image shown in Figure 2 remains on the screen for a short period.

Then the input dialog shown in Figure 1 returns to the screen.

This cycle continues for as long as the user continues to enter values that are outside the requested range.
