Changing the thumbnail image

To replace the image shown in Figure 2 with an image of your choice, do the following:

• Package your image in a 128x128 image file named thumbnail.png.
  • (There is an online file converter at http://www.zamzar.com/ that can be used to convert many different image formats to png.)
• The a2c file is an archive file.  Open it in a program like WinZip.
• Add the file named thumbnail.png to the archive file.
