What's wrong with this picture?

Having a sample of a complex dish containing many different ingredients would not be very helpful to me next week in preparing an identical dish.

I would probably need to take my sample to an analytical chemistry lab and ask them to identify all of the different ingredients as well as the quantity of each ingredient.
