A more general method with optional behaviors

This version of the closeOrderDrill method:

• Knows generally how to behave
• But it doesn't know specifically how to behave.

Its specific behavior is determined by parameter values.

The parameter values are supplied by the method that calls this method, (which in this case is the main method).
