The object manipulator buttons

I will refer to the seven buttons in a row in the upper right of Figure 1 as object manipulator buttons.

You can select an object and manipulate it in a variety of ways using the mouse in conjunction with these buttons.

For example, you can:

• Make it larger or smaller.
• Drag it to the right, left, toward the viewer, away from the viewer, up, or down.
• Rotate it about its axes.
